At Stauber Furnishings, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it in its original shipping box with all protective padding, hardware, and instructions included.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
